Privacy and why it is short
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so most of this page is about what does not happen.
This policy covers relom.games and nothing else. It is short because the site does very little. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any other company. If you read this page and then leave, we will not know you were here.
Who we are
RELOM INTERACTIVE - FZCO runs this site and is the controller of any personal data it touches. In practice that means the contents of emails people send us, and nothing beyond that.
Visiting this site
No cookies, no analytics
The site sets no cookies of its own: no preference cookie, no session cookie, no counter. It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no tracking pixels. There is no session recording and no visitor count.
That means we do not know who visits this site, how many people visit, or which pages they read. It is a deliberate choice, and the useful consequence is that we could not build a profile of you even if we wanted to, because we have nothing to build one from.
Nothing loads from anyone else
Every file this site needs is served from relom.games: the typefaces, the stylesheet, the logo, the icons. No fonts come from a font service, no video or map is embedded, no script arrives from a content network, and there is no chat widget or social button. Your browser makes no request to a third party while you are here, so no third party learns your IP address from us.
Server logs
The site is hosted somewhere, and like every web host ours keeps standard server logs. Those typically record the IP address making a request, the time of it, the page asked for, and the browser's user-agent string. They exist so the host can operate and secure the service.
Those are the host's records, created by the host for its own operation. We do not use them to measure traffic or to identify visitors, and we do not control what the host writes down or how long it keeps it beyond what running the service requires. This is true of every website you have ever visited. We spell it out because it is the one place a trace of your visit exists at all.
If you email us
There are no forms on this site. The only way to reach the studio is the email address above. If you write to us:
- we read your message and reply to it;
- we keep the thread for as long as we need it to deal with what you wrote about, and afterwards as an ordinary record of correspondence;
- we use what you told us only to answer you, or to do the work we then agree on together.
We do not run a mailing list, so you cannot be added to one. We do not sell, rent or share your message or your address with anyone, and we do not use either for advertising. Your email sits with our mail provider in the ordinary way that email does.
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send us passwords, identity documents or payment card details, and if something genuinely sensitive needs to reach us, write first and we will agree on a better way to send it.
What we do not do
- Set cookies, or ask you to consent to any.
- Run analytics, tag managers, pixels or any other form of tracking.
- Load code, fonts, media or embeds from another company's servers.
- Host forms, accounts or logins.
- Buy, sell, rent or share personal data.
- Build visitor profiles, lookalike audiences or advertising segments.
Asking what we hold, or having it deleted
If you have emailed us and want to know what we still have, write to [email protected] and ask. Tell us enough to find the correspondence; the address you wrote from is usually enough on its own. We will tell you what we hold, and we will send you a copy if you want one.
If you ask us to delete it, we will delete it. If some part has to be kept for accounting or legal reasons, we will say which part and why rather than quietly keeping it. You can also ask us to correct something that is wrong. There is no charge for any of this and no form to fill in.
If you have never emailed us, we hold nothing about you, and there is nothing to ask for.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes the site as it is actually built today, not as a template says a website usually works. If that changes, this page changes with it. Should we add analytics, a contact form, an embedded video, accounts or anything else that collects or transmits data, this page is updated before that goes live, not after. The date at the top tells you when the wording last moved.
A note on these documents
This policy, the cookie page and the terms describe a website that collects nothing. They are short because that is the whole of it, not because anything has been left out or saved for later. If the site ever starts collecting something, these pages are reviewed and expanded first, and the date at the top will change.
