The studio
Two halves, one craft.
Relom Interactive is a remote-first studio registered in Dubai. We make our own games, and we build real-time, high-load software for business. Those are not two companies sharing a name — they are the same engineering problem in front of two different audiences.

What we believe
Four positions we are willing to be judged on.
Not values on a wall. Each one is a claim, the reason we hold it, and the thing it stops us from doing.
-
Software and games are one craft
A multiplayer game and a live business system are the same discipline wearing different clothes: state that changes many times a second, people waiting on it, and failure that is visible the moment it happens. We do not keep two teams, two standards or two levels of care for the two halves of the studio.
Which rules out It rules out treating the client work as the thing that pays for a hobby — or the games as a demo reel for the client work.
-
A game master is a craft, not a feature
A game master describes the room, plays everyone in it, remembers a promise made an hour ago, and decides when a rule should bend. That is the hard, interesting part of a tabletop game, and in Arcane Master it is the part we are actually building.
Which rules out It rules out putting a chat window in front of a rulebook and calling the result a game master.
-
Latency is a design decision
How fast a thing answers is designed, the same way a layout or a sentence is designed. It gets a number early, a budget to live inside, and a measurement that says whether it still does. A system that feels slow is not an engineering oversight, it is a design that nobody made.
Which rules out It rules out leaving response time until the end and calling the leftovers optimisation.
-
We are new, and we say so
Relom Interactive was founded in 2026. There is no back catalogue to point at, so we argue from the work itself and from commitments that can be checked while they are being kept. The licence, the registration and the one mailbox on this site are all real and all verifiable.
Which rules out It rules out borrowed credibility: invented numbers, vague years of experience, clients we have not had.
How we work as a company
Remote-first, and no head office to visit.
Remote is easy to say and awkward to do. This is how it is meant to play out for anyone working with us.
-
Remote-first by design
The studio was built remote from the first day rather than sent home from an office. There is no head office, and no plan to open one. Where somebody lives is a scheduling question, not a hiring one.
-
Overlap hours, agreed in writing
Remote only works when people are awake at the same time on purpose. Each engagement begins by agreeing the hours we overlap with you and writing them down, so that "we will catch up tomorrow" is never the answer to something urgent.
-
Decisions exist in writing or not at all
Scope, interfaces, trade-offs and the reasons behind them get written where you can read them again in six months. With no corridor to have the conversation in, the written record is the only version — which is also how handover stops being an event at the end.
-
One mailbox, not a switchboard
There is one address on this site, [email protected], and it reaches the people doing the work. No contact form, no ticket queue, no routing. We answer within two working days.
-
Small on purpose
A studio with no office has no reason to grow headcount in order to look substantial. We take on work we can genuinely staff, and we say so plainly when a piece of work is not a fit for us.
What we are building now
Arcane Master the game master is an AI.
One project, described only as far as it honestly goes.
It is a tabletop role-playing game. The game master — the one who describes the room, plays everyone in it and decides what the dice meant — is an AI. That is the whole idea, and it is also the whole difficulty.
Arcane Master is in development. It will have a website of its own, and that is where anything concrete will appear. Until then there is nothing to announce here: no date, no platforms, no price. We would rather this section stayed short than filled it with things we do not know yet.
The company
On the record exactly as the licence reads.
The registration details in full, for onboarding, procurement, banking or anyone who simply wants to check that we exist. Reproduced from the trade licence, not paraphrased.

Those three activity names are the licence wording, which is why they read the way they do. Between them they cover the two things this studio does: software design, and running our own games online.
